Vendor Spotlight and Give-Away: 31 Bits

31 Bits is an amazing business that sells gorgeous necklaces handmade by women in Uganda using recycled paper and local materials.  31 Bits not only gives these women an international market for their goods, but also provides them with everything from English lessons to finance training.  We are thrilled to have our U of O campus rep, Elsa, bringing this beautiful jewelry to Bliss Handmade in May!
